We are in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Oxford and Oscar Health
Please provide us with your current insurance information before your scheduled appointment. Our billing department will verify your insurance benefits. At the time of your appointment, if there is a co-pay, your card on file will be charged what is owed

What if my insurance company is out of network or I am uninsured?

We offer to cash pay options. Initial evaluations up to 60 minutes are $300 and follow up appointments up to 30 minutes are $150. If your insurance company provides out of network reimbursement, we can provide you with a superbill. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA spending cards. Payment is made through the patient portal.
